As Project Lead & Systems Analyst Intern, I led a 3-person team migrating clinical records into a secure PostgreSQL/Supabase backend — running workflow-mapping sessions directly with healthcare administrators to convert real clinical needs into technical specifications, reducing intake errors and speeding up administrative work.

Legacy paper intake forms were digitized into a relational schema designed around ACID compliance, so patient records stay consistent under concurrent clinic-floor usage.
